The initiative, which is currently global, aims to keep girls in school and create employment for marginalised women through sustainable solutions.
Before engaging in community work, Dalal initially ran a successful pharmacy chain in Wales before moving to Kenya with her family.
Through her work, Dalal has received several recognitions and about nine awards, including the Welsh Asian Woman's Achievement Award twice.
Her work is highlighted in a documentary film called Powerful Women, and she frequently speaks at international forums to raise awareness about menstrual health and women's empowerment.
